The Lite Package is designed for businesses who desire consistent bookkeeping and financials at an affordable rate.

  • Monthly Services:

    • Bank and credit card reconciliations (up to 100 total monthly transactions)

    • Unlimited email support

  • Monthly and Quarterly Reporting:

    • Balance Sheet

    • Income Statement

    • Statement of Cash Flows

  • Annual Services:

    • Close books at end of year

    • Provide information to accountant for tax filing

STANDARD SERVICE -- Starting at $300/month for remote bookkeeping

The Standard Package is designed for firms who require an active role in financial reporting, analysis, and planning.

  • Monthly Services:

    • Bank and credit card reconciliations (up to 100 total monthly transactions)

    • Unlimited email support

  • Monthly and Quarterly Reporting:

    • Balance Sheet

    • Income Statement

    • Statement of Cash Flows

  • Annual Services:

    • Close books at end of year

    • Provide information to accountant for tax filing

  • Advisory Role:

    • Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, or phone call with business owner to review financial statements (up to 1 hour per month)

    • Identify possible cost savings and additional revenue streams

  • Training:

    • Accounting system operations and best practices (if desired)

    • Financial statement literacy

EXECUTIVE SERVICE -- Starting at $1,000/month for in-person bookkeeping at your business location.

  • Executive Packages are customized to match the client's needs
