Monthly Services:
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Unlimited email support
Document organization, storage, and security through Hubdoc
QBO or Xero subscription
Monthly and Quarterly Reporting:
Balance Sheet
Income Statement
Statement of Cash Flows
Annual Services:
Close books at end of year
Provide information to accountant for tax filing
Annual performance report
Advisory Role:
Skype and/or phone call with business owner to review monthly financial statements (up to 1 hour per month)
Identify possible cost savings and additional revenue streams
Training:
Accounting system operations and best practices (number of sessions to be determined)
Financial statement literacy
